This topic may sound very technical though the content is designed for homeowners – real estate professionals are welcome too!

Most of us have air-source air conditioners: they exhaust heat from inside a house to the outside air. Geothermal systems exhaust heat into the ground – and they draw heat from the ground in the winter.

Ryan was recently working with a contractor who told a homeowner there are no situations in which geothermal heating/cooling makes sense due to cost. There are cases in which owners want efficiency, quiet, comfort, theft protection, resistance to weathering, resilience, etc. that can make a geothermal heating/cooling system a worthwhile investment.

Join us for a live discussion in which we’ll review common types of heating/cooling systems so you can understand when using a geothermal system might be a good solution. We’ll go through use cases to help you understand your options so you can make more informed decisions when it comes to the most impactful system in your home: your heating/cooling system.

As always, we welcome your questions and comments. Click the Enroll Now button to reserve your virtual seat now!
