He's a walking encyclopedia!
There are very few architects who provide education-translating the technical aspects of design, construction and maintenance into practical lessons for real estate professionals. I only received one negative comment from the 1st time I hired RTA: there wasn't enough time to cover everything the agents wanted to learn from Ryan. He's a 'walking encyclopedia' with great technical knowledge who's learned to build context around his answers to help agents see how one issue affects many others. Ryan's a great resource.
Ryan serves on the AIA National Codes & Standards Committee: about a dozen architects from across the country appointed to provide guidance for the Institute's building code and standards policies. He's served as an invited speaker at multiple local, state and national AIA events, webinars and conferences. It's rare to find a professional with the credentials Ryan has earned and it's even more uncommon to find one who can translate the technical topics he addresses into plain English so his audiences see both practical and potential application.
